Clementine Honey Smash
The clementines and mint give this drink a wonderful fresh taste. Perfect refreshment for a warm sunny day.
- Ingredients
- 2 oz St. George Terroir Gin
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup (50% honey, 50% water)
- 1 Clementine orange
- 5-6 mint leaves
- Preparation
Build ingredients in a shaker tin, muddle, shake and fine strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass, garnish with mint sprig and chunk of Clementine
